Ensenada has plenty of accommodations, although not many in the bargain price-range. Southern Californians who go to relax for the weekend tend to choose the resort hotels on the beach north of town; they are comfortable but not particularly posh. Just about a mile/kilometer south of town, the Hotel & Marina Coral offers a wide variety of amenities, and its 600-slip marina is open to the public. Other options in town take you to the midst of the downtown action. Las Rosas Resort has a good spa.
