This open-air terrace bar, on the roof of the Nile Hilton, is a great place to view the pyramids at sunset or gaze over Tahrir Square and the rest of Cairo. It serves snacks and dinner (provided by Rotisserie Belvedere). Sometimes closed for private parties.
