This organization helps plan and arrange large group experiences. It also oversees two entertainment venues and the Visitor Information Center at 330 S. Tryon St. The visitors center offers maps, brochures, and an attendant or two who can answer questions, give directions and offer advice. The center also houses a gift shop that sells Queen City souvenirs, a Ticketmaster outlet and a cafe, and it hosts free Friday city tours. Relocation information concerning schools and residential neighborhoods is also available there. The administrative offices are open Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm.
