On the harborside campus of Johnson & Wales University, alma mater of celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse, the Culinary Archives and Museum includes cooking implements from ancient Egypt to today and explores how cooking and food have shaped and been shaped by the world. Features 400,000 pieces donated by Hungarian chef Louis I. Szathmary. During the academic year, open daily except Monday 10 am-5 pm. Closed some holidays.
