The summer gondola rides offer unparalleled panoramic views of the valley. On the 25-minute ascent, be on the lookout for black bears and other indigenous wildlife below you. Once you reach the summit, you can relax and take in the view from the Roundhouse Lodge or embark on one of the backcountry trails in the area. Those seeking even more of a mountain high can continue their ascent on the Peak Chair to 7,160 ft/2,182 m above sea level.
