The Caesars Windsor opened in June 2008 after a three-year $439 million renovation of the Casino Windsor. The opening marks the international debut of Harrah's Entertainment's Caesars brand.

The property features the Colosseum, a 5,000-seat entertainment center; Nero's steak house; and 100,000 sq ft of convention space.
