The Wrangell Museum and gift store is in the Nolan Center along with the visitors center. It has the oldest known Tlingit house post (a variety of totem pole) in southeast Alaska, as well as other totem poles, vintage Tlingit baskets, petroglyphs (rock carvings) and displays chronicling Alaska's early aviation and communication history.
