Expect to find the standard accommodation options in most of Arkansas (campgrounds, motels, hotels), with more luxurious and unusual choices in Little Rock and the resort areas and many bed-and-breakfasts in Hot Springs and Eureka Springs. The Ozark and Ouachita mountain regions offer a wide range of privately owned lakeside resort properties with a variety of amenities. It's also possible to rent a fully equipped houseboat on some of the larger lakes. If you are looking for the old-fashioned spa treatment, several hotels in Hot Springs make mineral water available to their guests. In Little Rock, there's the Capital Hotel-more than a century old and host to many famous people including Ulysses S. Grant-as well as several new hotels built mainly for visitors to the presidential library.
