This place can be hard to find in this warehouse district, which makes its popularity all the more surprising. Although isolated from the Portland city scene, its river-view location, excellent spa and fine dining place it in its own deluxe niche. A relative newcomer to Portland, this hotel has changed little since the previous inspection, except maybe its growing popularity.
