Located just past the ferry terminal, opposite Frenchman Bay, a few minutes south of the Acadia visitors center, this hotel lacks the location and sophisticated style of the unlikely Hoilday Inn Sunspree Resort. For many, the biggest drawback here is its lack of a waterfront location. But its low rates and water views are not to be dismissed.
