Denver offers the full range of accommodations, from deluxe hotels to budget lodgings. Built before the silver boom collapsed in 1893, the Brown Palace Hotel and the Oxford Hotel are historic landmarks of note. Reserve well in advance if you plan to stay at either of them. Advance reservations are a good idea no matter where you stay. Denver has a large supply of hotel rooms, but if multiple conventions are in town, they can fill up fast. Several bed-and-breakfasts in historic neighborhoods offer visitors a different perspective of the city.
