This modest beachfront complex offers pared-down facilities and well-equipped guest rooms, though the mood is less effervescent than that at its siblings. This 14-story tower pokes out between the palms with a bright orange crown visible for miles. Landscaping is minimal. Thankfully, the time-share touts are well disguised these days.
