This property is a world unto itself and in the past has been a Wyndham and a Loews. The second-largest hotel in Dallas behind the downtown Adam's Mark, it is also the city's premier convention hotel. Given the staggering array of facilities and relatively moderate rates, poor individual service is not surprising but rather inevitable.
