Located at the south end of this relatively tranquil oceanfront community, four miles south of Port Canaveral and the busy cruise ship docks, this hotel overlooks Cocoa's white sand beach from across a protected patch of sea grass.
It is also within view of the shuttle launches at Cape Canaveral, but its main purpose, at least midweek, is serving commercial needs and filling meeting space. Unfortunately, the hotel retains its business acumen even on weekends and holidays when three-piece suit
