Despite its name, this eighth-arrondissement hotel sits a few blocks away from the Arc, although top-floor rooms may get a peek of it, plus some other notable Parisian sites. This property has attracted a loyal following swiftly, and rightfully so. Its bland seven-story office-building exterior gives no hint of the charms found inside.
