Search the Kentucky travel guide to find professional travel reviews and tips for your visit to Kentucky. Search the Kentucky destination guide to find the perfect Kentucky hotel for your stay. Find top Kentucky restaurants and things to do to plan the perfect trip to Kentucky.

Visitors to Kentucky will find the full range of accommodations: from budget lodgings to deluxe hotels, with a choice of motels, inns, campgrounds, bed-and-breakfasts and state-park resorts. We recommend staying in at least one country inn, if you can. The state-park resorts often have nice views of lakes, gorges or mountains and also offer tennis, swimming, fishing, boat rentals and hiking. Some offer golf. Of historical note is Lexington's Gratz Park Inn, which was built in 1906, and Berea's Boone Tavern Hotel from 1909, with its handmade furniture. In downtown Louisville, a particularly "hot" hotel is 21c, which is part contemporary art museum and part boutique-hotel.
