Not far from The Oriental or Shangri-La and the banks of the Chao Praya River, this suites-only luxury hotel occupies several sections of a tower of condos with a light exterior that quickly reveals the wear and tear of city air. Despite being well-maintained inside, the lower-end accommodations do not live up to the price tag; rather the draw here is the dining.
