This hotel continues to operate by default, with no apparent effort to rise above the tolerance level of most exacting guests. Guests should expect little more than a clean room, attractive views and basic food. Although it is marginal in every way and so informal that jeans make guests overdressed, this property is not as bad as the worst on the West End and does sit on a piece of the 7-mile beach.
