For Marriott Rewards members, this Marriott is where the CEOs stay in Portland, leaving the worker bees to bunk at the beehive—that is, the Portland Marriott Downtown. Half the size of its sibling, the City Center feels much smaller, with intimate public areas and only 11 guest rooms on each floor of its 20-story tower. That said, this place fails to meet the high standards of the superior Hilton.
