This 21-story hotel, a mainstay for business folk and vacationers alike, is clearly the top choice in Condado, rivaling both the Intercontinental and El San Juan in Isla Verde. Although it lacks any authentic island character, this international-grade resort does not suffer from regional idiosyncrasies, and the superb staff goes the extra step. In fact, service here is generally excellent, and most guests are willing to sacrifice island character in favor of an efficient operation.
