This restaurant features Ukranian classics such as salo, which is smoked pig fat with raw garlic, horseradish vodka and boiled tongue, and excellent borscht and cabbage soup (shchi). The biggest attraction, however, is a re-created Ukranian farmyard right in the middle of the restaurant, complete with a live peasant girl, chickens, geese and a cow (which has been transported upstairs in a special service elevator).
