Nuevo Mundo is one of the few moderately priced hotels in Lima's posh San Isidro suburb. This neighborhood is among the most secure areas in all of the country and populated mostly by Peru's elite. The neighborhood—just 20 to 30 minutes from Jorge Chavez international airport—borders the Pacific Ocean and is home to a pre-Colombian pyramid, Huaca Pucllana.
