Ontario Travel Guide: Accommodations Guide & Hotel Reviews

Search the Ontario travel guide to find professional travel reviews and tips for your visit to Ontario. Search the Ontario destination guide to find the perfect Ontario hotel for your stay. Find top Ontario restaurants and things to do to plan the perfect trip to Ontario.

Visitors to Ontario will find a range of accommodations: budget to deluxe hotels, inns, bed-and-breakfasts and guest farms. Expect major motel chains around southern Ontario, with a wide range of privately run motels, inns and cottages in more remote areas along the Great Lakes. The lodgings at guest farms range from country homes to working farms that invite guests to be a part of it all (including helping with farm chores). Owners often speak more than one language. Communities close to the Quebec border see more French visitors, so French is often heard. But don't be surprised to find pocket communities of German- or Italian-speaking Canadians.
