In 1958, the late Momofuku Ando created instant ramen noodles. This museum tells his story, complete with a replica of his workshop. Visitors can make their own noodles there. Open daily except Tuesday 9:30 am-4 pm. Noodle making: ¥300 adults, free for children younger than 13.
