Located 700 m west of Tokyo Station, this place is one of the older hotels here, a 1960s commercial property in a prime location facing the eastern moat of the Imperial Palace grounds. Compared to newer properties that have opened in recent years, however, this Kennedy-era 10-story hotel seems rather dated, with an aging brown-brick exterior and uninspiring public areas and guest rooms.
