This five-story hotel stands next to the ferry to Cozumel. It has always hoed tough ground, as it offers an all-inclusive plan that is put to shame by the many fine restaurants a short walk away, and its beach next to the pier isn't one of Playa's best. But for guests that want to combine proximity to downtown Playa del Carmen with the full-service luxury of an all-inclusive resort, it is definitely worth a look.
