This museum is dedicated to explaining how sugar was processed in the past. It displays machines from the 1700s and 1800s, and also explains the colonial industry's political and economic context. The museum is located at the Portvale Sugar Factory, which is still in operation. If you visit during harvest season (February-May), you can get a look at how sugar is made today. Open Monday-Friday.
