This is where young Washington stayed in 1751 with his brother Lawrence, whose doctor prescribed Barbados as a cure for his ailments. The museum upstairs explains what George saw and learned there, and how his visit to Barbados marked a turning point in his life. Open Monday-Friday 9 am-4:30 pm.
