The Israel Postal Authority offers a variety of postal services, including domestic- and international-mail forwarding, telephone calling cards and foreign-currency exchange. International money transfers are available via Western Union. Telegrams and faxes can be sent from all post offices. Letters and postcards to North America take 10 days to arrive.
