This popular European-style inn is run in the French manner. Essentially, it is a wonderful restaurant with just seven aging guest rooms, owned and overseen by a talented chef. Despite the popularity of the rooms as a base for gourmands, they are fairly basic, with enough oversights to shock well-traveled foodies expecting the exacting standards of, say, a Relais & Chateaux hotel.
