This intimate boutique hotel set between Sixth and Seventh avenues, opposite City Center, and two blocks south of Carnegie Hall, has been transformed from a gaudy glam-era operation with molded Formica accents into a sophisticated townhouse-style hotel that would fit right in in London or Dublin.
