Located next to the more tranquil Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, this Canadian remains one of the top choices on the Big Island, providing posh, upbeat surroundings for a mix of corporate gatherings, families and individuals. It's growing emphasis on conventions, however, has the unfortunate effect of occasionally putting leisure guests on the back burner. That said, this is a top-shelf meeting venue that frequently finds itself at the center of the podium come award season.
