This hotel is two blocks from the boisterous main street and fronted by La Marmotte (Telluride's fabled French dining room). It is slightly less expensive than its more stylish sibling The Camel's Garden. Although it lacks the other's spa and the more convenient location for skiers, it does offer better dining, a swimming pool and a more casual atmosphere; however, it does not allow pets.
