If the Ritz Carlton does not eventually overtake the Four Seasons as Sharm's most prestigious hotel, it certainly won't be for lack of effort. The accolades are there for this establishment.
The Japanese restaurant, Blue Ginger, with sushi and teppanyaki dishes may be the finest Japanese restaurant in Egypt. Other dining choices include La Luna for Italian food, the Fayrouz Arabian restaurant and The Cafe, which has the buffet that other hotels in Sharm aspire to match.
