Built in 1715, this is one of the oldest Episcopal churches in the U.S. Among its early parishioners were George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and James Monroe. The churchyard holds a number of 18th-century graves and an impressive tower. An active parish, the church also offers historical tours and occasional candlelit concerts.
