Located on a prominent corner at Sand Lake Road, on the northern edge of this popular classic boulevard overflowing with souvenir shops, inexpensive restaurants and entertainment venues, 1 1/2 mile from the convention center, this property is in good shape, but the upcoming renovation promises to make it great. For now, the peach-tone exterior fronts the busy boulevard, and the small but polished lobby belies the expansive, well-groomed interior.
